Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, all non-public business, financial, strategic, operational, and technical information shared by G&G. This includes documents, communications, proprietary technologies, trade secrets, and any data marked or understood to be confidential.

As a recipient of confidential information, you agree to:

• Non-Disclosure: Refrain from disclosing any confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent from G&G.

• Protection Measures: Take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of the information, including secure storage and restricted access.

The confidentiality obligations outlined here do not apply to information that:

• Is or becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.
• Was known to the receiving party prior to disclosure by G&G.
• Is independently developed without the use of G&G’s confidential information.
• Is required to be disclosed under applicable law, regulation, or court order, provided that the receiving party promptly notifies G&G of such requirement.

The obligations under these terms will remain in effect for a period of five (5) years from the date of disclosure unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information will result in immediate termination of access to G&G's materials and may lead to legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By accessing, receiving, or using G&G's documentation or communications, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to these Non-Disclosure Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the provided materials.
