2. Google Business Profile

Search your business name. Is your Google listing up to date? Check your phone number, opening hours, photos and reviews. This is often the first place customers see you — don’t leave it neglected!

3. Social media consistency

Look at your bio and branding across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (or wherever you’re active). Do they match? Is the tone consistent? 

If a customer hops between platforms, they should instantly know it’s you.

4. Call-to-action clarity

On your website, socials, even your email signature — is it obvious what you want people to do? “Book now”, “Call us”, “Subscribe” — don’t leave it to guesswork.
